Founder’s Reflection — Travis Lee Warren

Mirror Minded Mob, LLC was founded through the vision, resilience, and determination of Travis, known within the MMM Reflection Community as the Founder and Alpha. While enduring over two decades of incarceration within the Virginia Department of Corrections, Travis transformed adversity into purpose, using reflection, creativity, and ambition to build the foundation of what would become Mirror Minded Mob, LLC.

MMM was not created from privilege or comfort — it was created from struggle, survival, loyalty, and the belief that people deserve a second chance to build something meaningful. Travis envisioned a platform that could unite incarcerated individuals, families, supporters, creators, and communities under one reflection network focused on creativity, communication, education, advocacy-awareness, and personal growth.

With the continued support of his fiancée and soon-to-be wife, Kimberley Jenkins, who has remained beside him throughout years of trials and tribulations, the vision of MMM evolved into a growing multimedia and community-based ecosystem built around the philosophy:

Mirror Minded Mob operates as a creative reflection network that combines storytelling, apparel, art, educational guidance, advocacy-awareness initiatives, entertainment concepts, and AI-assisted communication systems into one connected platform. MMM was designed to give individuals — especially those impacted by incarceration — a sense of identity, creativity, belonging, and hope.

Travis believes that people are more than their worst mistakes and that knowledge, creativity, loyalty, and unity can create opportunities for positive change. Through MMM, he hopes to inspire others to think differently, support their families, pursue growth, and build reflections of themselves that represent purpose instead of limitation.
